FHA was fantastic. I first asked them to come assess an old system on an old house. The heating and air system didn't work and so they quickly found all of the issues going on with the system. We then set a date to complete the work and they are always on-time, friendly and their work was clean and reasonably priced. Even the inspector gave the work a thumbs up and said it was well done. Based on my experience I can highly recommend FHA services for your heating or air conditioning needs. Their technician Robert was on time, very professional, detailed and explained each part of the process to service my 10 year old 5 ton Rooftop RHEEM air conditioner/heater. Glad I had them and Robert come out and complete the service.
We had them come out for a second opinion after one estimate and the wife really liked how the technician Robert explained things very clearly. I liked Robert‘s attitude a lot and he was very thorough with his work.
WOW! I am very satisfied. They responded quickly to my initial inquiry. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and polite. They were very good at explaining and showing what was taking place. The people doing the work seemed to like each other. Very efficient and quick at what they did. Costs were what they stated. No pressure to upgrade. When done, you would never know that they had been here. We had a new furnace installed.
