Everything that was listed in the estimations was performed, no surprises. The cost was the most economical from other companies estimates. The installation area was clean and the new unit was secured on a new platform, and attractively hard scaped. The team removed all signs of the old HVAC system, and any waste and debris. WE highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience. With the warmer weather on its way I wanted to get seasonal maintenance. I contacted them online in the evening and received a phone call first thing this morning and they sent a tech out in the same day. Micah was great - not only was he extremely personable but I could tell he was very qualified. He found a setting that was wrong from the installer and did a great job servicing my system. I’ll definitely ask for him back in the fall! Great experience and reasonable cost for the work done!
All About is an outstanding outfit, whether plumbing, septic, HVAC or electrical.They have legit 24 emergency service, and regular service that exceeds expectations.I have used them for hot water heater and plumbing/septic issues in the past.Today, I needed help with an HVAC issue no one else has been able to solve.I called late Monday afternoon and got on schedule for Tuesday morning at 9a.Billy, my tech, was on time, professional, took considerable time to listen to my concerns and the extensive background on my HVAC woes, going back years.I never felt rushed or pressured. He actually listened and employed his talents to help me resolve these ongoing issues, not merely get things running right for the moment then rush out the door to the next job.I left for a relatively short time, came home and he had it figured out. He succeeded where literally half a dozen others have failed.Frankly, he could have told me I needed ‘x’ and it cost ‘y’ and I would have paid it.Instead, he worked diligently to identify the actual root cause of the problem and rectified it in little more than an hour, saving me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars.Now, for the first time in six years, I honestly feel the issue is resolved. I could not be happier or more satisfied. My only regret is that I did not contact them sooner. Thanks All About and thanks Billy. The peace of mind you provided today is priceless. Thank you.
We purchased a Bosch 97% dual combo system from All About Heat & Air four years ago. From the initial installation through routine maintenance, we have been very satisfied with the purchase. We’ve had one issue with the unit’s pressure switch, which was replaced under warranty. Last night, we experienced another issue involving the pressure switch.Jeremy came out first thing this morning and spent about 90 minutes testing and running the unit. He then replaced both air duct filters for $140. Before leaving, he provided an in-depth report explaining the issue, what steps would be taken if it happens again, and finished with a handshake.Honestly, everyone we’ve dealt with at this company has been rock solid. I originally found them after using their sister company, All About Plumbing, which after four seasons tried to rip my wife off while I was out of town. All About Heat & Air, however, is a great company with solid, trustworthy employees. I would recommend them to anyone.
