We had an outstanding experience with Call Dad, thanks to our technician, Joshua. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, polite, and incredibly easy to work with. Joshua gave our AC system a thorough, top-to-bottom inspection and took the time to clearly walk me through everything he found. He explained what was working well, what needed attention, and what to expect moving forward—no pressure, just honest and knowledgeable guidance. He didn’t stop there, he cleaned the system as thoroughly as possible and left everything in noticeably better condition. He also introduced us to the Call Dad Family Plan, which we ended up signing up for because of how well he explained the value and benefits. What really stood out was his demeanor: kind, considerate, and clearly someone who takes pride in doing the job right. It’s rare to find that level of service these days. All in all, an excellent experience. Joshua represents Call Dad extremely well. Five out of five stars.

Murphy is a good guy. Very clear and communicating. Spent a couple hours first doing a regular maintenance and then trying to troubleshoot a potentially big issue which turned out to be simplest thing at all. Honest guy; thank you.

Jacob was Knowledgeable and very quick at diagnosing and fixing the HVAC issue. Any questions regarding health and longevity of the unit were answered in the best way that fit my situation. Offered to help in any other departments, and gave me more info on the subject when I had asked for any helpful tips. Was given a fair quote and repair price and even gave me a plan to have other units worked on through Call Dad Jacob was very nice and will be using them again.
