Mike's is always amazing. I've even had them out to repair the work of other HVAC companies. Josh Wooley was especially great for the two days he spent putting my heating systems back together. Rocky too is also amazing.Tsm for everything!
The technician went above and beyond our expectations. He took panels off our unit and cleaned and inspected components that the Thompson guys never even glanced at. He was more thorough than anyone could potentially even pretend to be. His work was fantastic and Greg is an extremely good person. So glad we connected with Mike's Heating and Cooling to take care of our equipment! The office staff was also very friendly and a pleasure to work with.
My Technician, Will Is definitely a professional at what he does very informative, friendly, and on time. Google only allows you to do five stars but I give a 10 star for him. He’s welcome to come and do my maintenance work anytime and I plan to have a lifelong contract with this company so I recommend them highly.
The entire staff at Mike’s Heating is absolutely awesome. Everything is well Organized and caring. Recently, Will Fryar came to do routine maintenance on my furnace and kindly directed me to a leak that he noticed on the outside of my home as he was going to the crawlspace. It has resulted in saving a lot of expense due to his observation! Many thanks Will for your honesty, knowledge and kindness!
David came out this afternoon as I thought I had a problem with my ac unit leaking into my hallway causing my wood floors to become wet. David was here close to three hours and he definitely did his due diligence. Everything is working great with the unit, he even went up in the attic and checked, even went underneath the house and checked, and there are no issues. No leaks under the house. Nothing that would be causing water to form underneath my hardwood floors. David is going to speak to his supervisor first thing Friday morning and he will call me and let me know if he has any ideas.We are both just baffled !!Let me also say this about David. He knows that I am dealing with congestive heart failure, and lung issues and he told me that he will start praying for me as of tonight.What a wonderful guy he is and y’all are blessed to have such a caring / kind gentleman on your staff. He is the best!!
