Jose was the most thorough of anyone we have met. He explained each photo and what was done during his inspection. He went over everything in detail. He is the ONLY person who asked about the water faucet outside to wash both units. The one that could not be reached, he cleaned by hand. The mini-split had dust and some dirty areas on it (per his photos). He hand washed the filter and cleaned the unit. I was amazed how conscientious Jose is, and you should keep him if possible. He should be a trainer and show new employees great customer service. I will request him in the future.
Zachary was great, introduced himself and got to work. Before I signed he made sure I did not have any more questions. He is definitely a credit to Quality Air.
Robert Burnette was our technician and if we could give more than 5 stars for rating we surely would! Robert was very knowledgeable, thorough in his work, polite and professional. First Quality Air is indeed fortunate to have someone of his caliber as an employee!
Ian was friendly, knowledgeable and interested in what we had to say. Conscientious about wearing booties on his muddy shoes! Didn't complain about having to run back & forth to access our crawl space, either. He may have walked his steps for the day! Great experience.
Erik, Jonah and Mike were an absolute pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic in fully responding to my questions. There's a reason these folks have been in business for 30+ years. They definitely live up to their name, with integrity and deep experience in the trade. Highly recommended.
