Matthew and Ahmad did a great job installing my new heating and AC system. They were friendly, professional, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated how they explained things along the way so I knew what to expect, and made sure I understood how everything worked before they wrapped up. I’ve been a customer of PV’s for a few years now and only have great things to say about their service. Their guys are knowledgeable and rarely suggest items to fix that don’t need to be addressed soon so it never feels like they’re just trying to upsell you to make more money. Their office staff is responsive and helpful. If I ever have questions, they do proper follow up and usually have someone call me within 1 business day just to talk through whatever I might need help with. Would recommend and I’ll be a customer for quite a while.

Their customer service, integrity, and financial flexibility are truly exceptional. I found this company online last Sunday and requested a free consultation. Within minutes, I received a call, and an associate scheduled an appointment for the very next day. On Monday, Kevin came to my house. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He provided a reasonable quote; however, my budget did not fully align with my needs. Kevin then called Jason, the owner, who personally took the time to listen to my situation and worked with me to make it possible. The technicians, David and Jairon, arrived on time and were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and highly professional. They even took the time to educate me on how to properly care for the new system. I will gladly refer this company to anyone. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend PV Heating, Cooling, And Plumbing. The technicians arrived at my home quickly and showed great professionalism from the start. They correctly identified that my AC unit had a failed compressor, something that two other companies were unable to diagnose. They returned the very next day and replaced the compressor with excellent results. My home now feels warm and comfortable again, just in time before the snowstorm. I did have a small issue with an overcharge, but the administrative staff resolved it quickly and professionally, which really shows their commitment to customer satisfaction.
