From start to finish, the experience was amazing. I was needing a new HVAC unit as soon as possible, especially before the "snowstorm", called them to set up the appointment and the office manager came to my house the very next day. She was so amazing, knowledgeable and personable which I appreciated. She went over my options, which I like that she gave me options and a final price after a discount. The estimate was lower than another estimate I received from another local HVAC company. I had to get financing and that was also very seamless and fast, really 5 minutes or less. The technicians were out the next morning. They arrived on time, were very professional, knowledgeable and really an all-around pleasure. Will, one of the technicians made sure to keep me updated throughout the process and was a pleasure to work with. Tyree and Randel worked so hard, working in a very tight space in the attic. Will, Tyree and Randel were great! I'm so glad that I have heat and air now.
I honestly don’t know where things went left, because for years, anytime we’ve had an issue, this company has come out promptly and handled it. But this current situation has gone far beyond what’s reasonable.Early this summer, we invested $11,000–$12,000 in a brand-new AC unit. For the last month or two, our **heat still hasn’t been working correctly**, and we’ve had **multiple technicians** come out — each giving a **different explanation**. Parts have been replaced, more parts are supposedly “on the way,” but there has been **no clear ETA** and **no consistent communication**. We’re the ones calling in for updates every time, instead of receiving any kind of proactive status text or call.Some technicians have even shared that they **aren’t fully versed on this newer-style unit yet**, which leaves us stuck with short-term fixes instead of an actual long-term solution — while the temperatures outside are dropping into the 30s and 40s.We are very reasonable and patient people. We understand that things don’t always go perfectly, and the technicians who come out are generally polite and try to educate us as much as they can. But **education and temporary patches aren’t enough** when the issue keeps coming back, and we’ve spent thousands of dollars expecting a working system.What makes this even more frustrating is the impact on our home. We’ve had to purchase multiple space heaters just to keep warm, driving up an already high electric bill — while still waiting on a real resolution. That’s not acceptable after such a major investment.At this point, we need consistency, real answers, and a permanent fix — not guesswork, not delays, and not silence. This experience has created a lot of unnecessary stress, and it’s not reflective of the service we’ve received in the past.
James S. is very detailed and hardworking HVAC Technician! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He answered all our questions and took pictures of our concerns and before and after his job. He was here working late last Wednesday before Thanksgiving but we have to have him do additional work today as he found more damaged ducts that the previous technician missed to address. So we decided to get James S. to do the whole ductwork repair and install. He is young but his work ethic is commendable! He is very courteous as well!Yesterday was the 3rd day for James S to finish up the job and I requested for him to have a helper. Duggan gave us Will L to assist. James S training Will produced a clean job. James and Will are respectful, well-mannered, and trustworthy young men and they know their jobs. We are breathing clean air now. Thank you very much James S. and Will L. Thank you Duggan and office personnel (Leanne, Christina, and Jenny too) for giving us skilled techs and trustworthy techs. Happy Holidays 2025.
Just had our A/C unit replaced, everyone I dealt with from this company was very professional and knowledgeable, me and my wife felt like we made the correct decision to get a new units and have these guys transition our home back to the comfortable air circulation we’ve been missing.
