Bob was great! I reached out in the later morning, and he showed up and got us taken care of before dark! We were super impressed and also signed up for the protection program!
Jose arrived on time, donned his booties to keep the house clean and serviced our furnace. He found a major problem, a crack in the heat exchanger. The furnace is one week outside of warranty. Bob, Custom's owner, called the company and negotiated a free replacement furnace and he will not charge us for labor. This is an honest and caring family business. 8 Stars! We do pay a monthly fee for maintenance....that spreads the cost of regular maintenance trips and gives us discounts on parts. Update: The next morning, here is our new furnace. All as promised!
Bob was able to come out the same day I contacted him. He was in the middle of driving and told me he was pulling over so that he could talk to me so that he could give me his full attention.When he arrived he was friendly, efficient, conversational, and even taught me a few things about my furnace/house.He did a phenomenal job & I will definitely be recommending him to anyone in need of help in this field.
Bob did an excellent job installing our new furnace and explaining it's capability. He worked quickly and efficiently. He and Jose worked very well together. Very professional. I would recommend him for all your AC and heating work needed. They're the best.
I was very happy with Jose’s service with our furnace tuneups. He showed me everything that he saw in the camera and explained the safety concerns. He answered all of questions and offered a follow up call and appointment related to our furnaces. You often worry about being scammed, but I felt at ease. I also appreciate Bob coming out for our AC visit and being transparent about everything.
