We were having issues with a 3 year old furnace as it was acting up and making a loud vibration noise and turning off. I did some Ai research for best company to service the issue. Perplexity Ai literally told me to use Summers and Smith. I contacted Summers and Smith on Saturday morning at 9 am. Received a call back from Callum 2 minutes later. He heard the diagnosis over the phone and a quick video i sent him via my phone and he was able to pinpoint the issue immediately. Today (Monday) at 8 am, I received a call from Andrea and she set up appointment for the morning. A technician came out, inspected and did some diagnosis of the issue and advised that they would be back with the part this afternoon. At 12 PM a tech came out and fixed the issue by installing a new part that was under warranty and everything is perfect. So professional, prompt, friendly, courteous and above all very knowledgeable of their work. VERY HAPPY WITH THE EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!! 5 STARS!!!!!! :) Will be using Summers and Smith for all my heating and cooling needs going forward!
I needed my furnace replaced urgently as it went bust amidst the recent polar vortex. I called Summers and Smith Sunday evening and got an immediate call back. Jennifer, the sales rep, was amazing , she sent me quotes and different furnace options within 15 minutes and came to my home the next morning. After doing some research that morning, I decided that I wanted to go with Summers and Smith. Jennifer arranged the installation for that same afternoon. Andrew and Peter installed it, they did a nice job with the transitional piece that was needed and were thorough on the walkthrough once the installation was completed. Overall, I am really impressed with the service. Highly recommend.
Summer and Smith were very helpful in getting out furnace repairs. They were able to locate a part that should have proved difficult to find.The office staff, particularly Andrea were very easy to deal with, always trying to make our experience a good one.The technicians were punctual and spent a lot of time checking the furnace and finding all issues. The repair is done and we are warm again!Would highly recommend Summer and Smith and we will definitely use them again.

She was thorough when going through the process with us and answered our questions patiently. She was the reason we went with Summers & Smith. Pete and Andrew were clear in explaining what the installation entailed. They left the furnace room clean & tidy with a neatly installed furnace. I had a great experience with Summers & Smith from their office staff to their service rep. My service rep was Vish. He came to service our furnace in November and did a great job. I requested for him to come back to do our fireplace. He took his time and explained everything to me. The fireplace covers were sealed tight and he had a hard time removing them, but through determination he was able to remove them. He vacuumed, rearranged the stones and the logs. He even fixed some stones that broke. Now our fireplace is clean and we can actually see the flames! Thank you Vish.
