Adrian was great! Very quick with communication and scheduling to come out in between calls. He was also very informative to our heating problem and explained exactly what he was doing to fix it. I had called another company 1st, for AC repair, they gave me a 1-5 window. Waited 3 hrs called them and they gave me 'we're on our way routine', I said no thanks. Called Mountain Pro, talked to Adrian, he was really helpful said he could have somebody out in the morning 8-10. Andrew showed up at 9:45, took him about 45mins to diagnose the problem. The whole time he was explaining everything to me. He ran and got the part, put it in, started it up, checked it out to make sure it was up to spec. Was here a total of 2 1/2hrs. Runs like new. Easily give these guys 5stars. They're knowledgeable, professional, honest, just really good people. Adrian, Andrew thank you so much. Hope I don't need you again, but if I do I'll call you first. Customer for life. Mike
