I've been a Comfort Climate customer for years. They have never let me down and have gone out of their way to help me when needed. Most recently my house was one of a few left standing,in my area, after the Eaton fire. Comfort Climate quickly and very professionally serviced my HVAC system. They continue to be a vendor I highly recommend.

They were able to come out the next day when I called. He was efficient, clean (wears booties) and puts a big blanket down to protect your floors. Very very honest. They came back after they ordered a part for my heater and it turned out it was a different and cheaper issue to fix. For their honesty, I will stay with them for years!

Abraham from Comfort Climate Control came out the same day on a Saturday for a repair. He worked hard for hours to repair my air conditioning unit which was difficult to access because it’s on the roof. I loved that he wore shoe cover booties without being asked, which was very considerate of him. Exceptional service! I hope my system doesn’t need any additional work in the near future, but if it did I would call Comfort Climate Control.

After our 35 year old Trane system left the station for the last time my wife and I decided to upgrade our system. After reading all of the reviews of the local HVAC company's and getting a couple of estimates I came across Comfort Climate Control. I noticed that they had 142 reviews and all where all 5 star so I decided to give them a call. After speaking with Connie who is one of the owners of this family owned business and is very knowledgeable and courteous, she then assured me that they could handle all of our needs. Mark came out who is one of the owners to do a complete evaluation of our home and system needs. Mark measured every window, measured every room, noted which walls faced the sun, if we had a raised foundation and what type of insulation we had which none of the other contractors did. At this time he said he would have to run all of this data through his software in order to customize the proper system for our house and that he would be in touch with us. A few days later. Mark contacted me and explained to me that after running all of the data that the old system ducting was way undersized and the return was undersized and that we actually required two more vents. Connie contacted me and sent over a couple of options for us to look over. After reviewing our options we decide to start the process. A few week later Comfort Climate Control shows up with all of the goodies. It took three full days to gut and install a whole new system. Mark is truly a Old School Master Technician that uses new modern technology. The quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail is totally obvious. Not to mention the respect that he showed to our home. Jamie who is one of the technicians and Marks is right hand man and is totally detailed oriented when it came to the duct installation and securement and also cleaned our attic from the mess that the past contractors had made which he didn't have to do. I hope this review will help someone who is looking for a HVAC company look no farther. Comfort Climate Control is a family owned business who specializes in Customer Service and a company that truly cares about your needs.

Our home went through renovations in June 2022 as part of a HUD program offered through our city. It included replacing the HVAC unit. Unfortunately, the HVAC from day one was a "dud" and the sub-contractor's installation was of very poor workmanship. The contractor hired by our city refunded us the cost of the HVAC and we immediately called Comfort Climate Control for a new unit.

From Mark Ramirez's very first visit to measure our home for the correct size unit (3 ton) to the last day of completing the installation our new Trane HVAC, he treated our home as though it was his. He found a lot of "mistakes" the sub-contractor did and corrected them. The workmanship was of the highest quality and it was done right! Whenever we had questions, he was more than happy to answer them. When he wanted us to know something he did and why, he would explain it. His employee, Robert, was as nice as they come! More importantly, Robert knew what he was doing as well. After all, he works for Mark.

The customer service side of Comfort Climate Control is impeccable with the office manager, Connie. Who happens to be Mark's wife. She kept us updated on everything we needed to know. And like Mark, took time to answer our questions as well. We support family owned business because they care in delivering the best to their customer. We were given the red carpet treatment.

The ultimate compliment came from my wife who said, "It's getting cold in here!" Our new Trane HVAC is working beautifully and just in time for this heatwave! I'm already recommending friends to have their next HVAC come from Comfort Climate Control! Thank you, Mark & Connie!
