SOUTH VALLEY AC & HEATING is the only company that has been 100% honest with me, even if they have an opportunity to make more money. Their pricing is reasonable. This is the first time I feel at ease with having AC/ Heating service in my house.... and this is the first time I wrote a review as well! In the past I hired other companies in town, and all I heard was how they can add more service that's not even significant, so they can make more money for their company. Chris the owner and his company were truly godsent. He showed us such empathy and compassion after we had been taken advantage of by another company that left us without a working AC system after we cancelled their contract, but Chris and his team at sun valley stepped in immediately to help. They went above and beyond even working on a Saturday to replace our ducting and all the damage caused by the other company. As a mother to a special needs child, I cannot express enough gratitude for their kindness professionalism and urgency in making sure our home was safe and comfortable again.
