I live in Fresno, and they are based in Bakersfield, and I was hesitant that they would handle the job in a timely manner. In our first encounter with their tech, they were timely and professional. The day of instalation, they came in early and went above and beyond their schedule time to make sure that my unit was up and running before they left for the day. They came back to fine-tune the system and make sure I was satisfied every step of the way. Many of their techs spoke Spanish and English and very friendly. I made many requests and upgrades to my system, and they took care of all of my concerns. They have a very good texting system of communication that keep me informed and give my feedback.
