Evan, our sales representative, came to our home and took the time to thoroughly explain all of our options. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us choose the furnace that best suited our home and family’s needs. I never felt rushed or pressured — just well informed and confident in the decision we were making.

The very next morning, Emmett and Jennifer arrived promptly for the installation. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and respectful of our home. They walked me through everything they did, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood how everything worked before they left.

Affordable Comfort uses a modern dispatch system that sends a text with the technician’s photo when they are en route, providing great security and peace of mind before they even arrive. It began with Floriano, the service tech, who provided a second-opinion diagnostic that was incredibly thorough. He walked me through every test, explaining the technical failures in terms I could actually understand, and used photos to illustrate exactly why the unit needed replacing. He even secured the necessary measurements that same day to ensure a fast turnaround.
?The installation the following day by Cole and John was equally impressive. They were highly professional, prepping the area to protect our floors and ensure a safe, clean workspace. After the install, they walked me through the new Midea unit's operation and left the area spotless—it was like they were never there. It’s rare to find a team that combines such high-level technical skill with genuine respect for the customer’s home. Highly recommended.

We had a heating issue and contacted Affordable Comfort Heating & Cooling. From the very first phone call, the service was outstanding. Everyone was extremely friendly, and they always ask, “How can I make your day better?” — which immediately made us feel valued as customers.

The consultation was very customer-focused and easy to understand, even without technical knowledge. Jesse and David were excellent throughout the process. Jesse took the time to explain everything clearly using an iPad, making all the options and recommendations easy to follow. David was equally professional and supportive.

A detail we really appreciated: on the morning of the appointment, we received a text message with the technician’s name and a photo. This made us feel very safe, as we knew exactly who to expect and didn’t have to let any unknown person into our home.

We decided to install a tankless water heater, and the entire experience—from consultation to decision-making—was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Great service, clear communication, and a very friendly team. Highly recommended!

Having your furnace not working in the middle of winter can feel like a life saving organ transplant opposed to just another home reno project

The sticker shock of a new furnace can be over whelming

But a house becomes pretty useless if it’s not warm enough to live in during a Simcoe County Winter

So in my opinion its a small price to pay for keeping the family safe

From start to finish the staff at affordable comfort made a big ticket purchase easy

I highly recommend you consider speaking with them if you’re in need of a new furnace or have any other HVAC related questions

Fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. Even cleaned up after the work was completed. I would definitely recommend Affordable Comfort without hesitation. Job well done.
