Well, I am happy that my furnace is working again. Obviously, I’m not that happy about the expense but who would be… I don’t really write reviews and I do appreciate the great service and follow up from this company. My furnace is a 1998 York Diamond 90 high-efficiency. It purrs like a kitten and repairing it for the 1st time made more sense than replacing it. My cold weather gas bill is $140 average including water heater. This company seems to be trustworthy and reliable and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and recommend them. I’m a member now and hopefully that will pay off over time. Thanks again ??
Aleks and Anthony arrived a few minutes early, ready to get right to work. They worked all day, inside and out (new furnace and heat pump), independently and together. Other than hearing my front door opening and closing, you wouldn't know they were removing the furnace and installing another. The house never even had time to get chilly! When they finished up, we were given a tour and a thorough explanation of the workings of both new appliances. Both guys were pleasant and professional. We are very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
Excellent experience from start to finish. Was always able to contact Alexa in the office without any major delays. She was a great first contact.Doug came out and prepared a quote for new furnace and heat pump. He was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Anthony and Alex did the install and were courteous and respectful of our property. The place was left spotless. My experience was excellent from my first phone call through the arrival of the technician; who was very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He explained every step to me in a language I understood (not too technical!). I highly recommend Air Source Home Comfort. PS If I could remember the name of the technician (mind drawing a blank, since I’ve just come into the warmth of my home from the frigid temperatures outside today!), I would definitely recommend him.
