I came across this company over 1 year ago when my furnace was tagged by another company doing a service but felt like the reason was not valid. I called climate comfort and their tech was as honest and genuine as possible. He was able to make the furnace operable to avoid heat disruption for my tenants but advised the short life expectancy for its condition.Last week it was time to replace the furnace and I was confident to keep business with Climate comfort for its installation due to their honesty and integrity.
We just had a new furnace installed today and the service from everyone at CCCC was excellent. Our furnace stopped working suddenly during this extremely cold and snowy winter and a technician named Ryan from CCCC came the same day to evaluate and give us options to fix or replace. We opted to replace and Alex came over the same day to give us a quote. Alex was very efficient and friendly. The next day Kaden and Terry came and installed it. Fast, friendly, very tidy and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with everyone involved and the entire experience as well as the new unit. We would most definitely recommend Custom Comfort Climate Care to anyone.
Adam did an excellent job cleaning our vents and made the whole experience smooth and reassuring from start to finish. He was professional, punctual, and incredibly kind. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, answered all our questions clearly, and made sure we were fully satisfied before he left. It was obvious he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. Adam is extremely trustworthy and helpful, and we would confidently recommend him and his HVAC and heating company to anyone looking for high-quality, reliable service.
Craig was outstanding - prompt, professional, knowledgeable (and, side note - great with our two dogs!). He had our gas fireplace cleaned and running well in no time. Highly recommend - and I will request Craig by name in the future.
