He took the time to explain what the issue was and what he was doing to fix it, which I really appreciated. I had called Reliance for service as we had a leak from our owned hot water tank. Max came for the service and he suggested to replace the tank as it was impossible to fix and it would keep leaking after a few months and that’s when we decided to change the Hot Water Tank. We booked an appointment with Chase to help us choose the right Hot Water Tank and chose the tankless water heater installed. We are very happy with it and the service was great from the start. Max, Chase and Joe the installer were all wonderful to deal with and very knowledgable. I appreciate the honesty and the hard work they put in to make a customer happy. Definitely will recommend to others ??.

I recently had a hot water tank and water softener installed by Masoud at Reliance, and the entire experience was excellent. Masoud was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and transparent from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the installation was done properly and efficiently.
What really stood out was his follow-up after the install. He checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly and that I was fully satisfied. That level of care and accountability goes a long way.

We had an issue with our rental water heater tank leaking, and I am honestly blown away by the level of service we received from Reliance.

From the moment we called, everything was handled with impressive speed and professionalism. Within three hours, a technician was already at our home, and in about an hour and a half the old tank was removed and a brand-new one was fully installed and operating perfectly. That level of response and efficiency is exceptional.

I would like to give special recognition to Max Mazanko, the technician who completed the work. Max is a true professional in every sense:
- highly knowledgeable and experienced
- calm, confident, and extremely efficient
- took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly
provided excellent advice without any pressure or upselling

We recently had a whole-home water filtration system installed by Reliance, and I can confidently say it was one of the best home upgrades we’ve ever made.
