I had excellent service from Simcoe Muskoka Home Comfort. They serviced my gas fireplace and replaced the parts that were defective. The technician explained exactly what he was doing and which parts needed replacing as he completed the work. He also reviewed settings and use of the remote. He replied immediately to my follow up questions.The office texts appointment reminders, which I found very helpful. An estimate is provided right away.

Michael was awesome ! He rebuilt our old fireplace and it’s like brand new!He had to leave to make a new part as our fireplace has been discontinued for years but was determined to get it running by days end so we had heat!I appreciate that he went the extra mile .He’s very knowledgeable and gave us some great tips on our using our fireplaces, furnace and hot water tank!He was also great explaining everything he was doing with his apprentice.Thanks guys!!
Had several companies quote for a new heat pump and the prices and suggested systems were all over the place. SMHC carried all the brands I was considering and patiently walked me through pros and cons and ultimately helped me decide on the best solution for my home at the best possible price. The install team was awesome to deal with, pleasant and efficient and worked with me and my contractor for a few customizations on the install. I totally recommend them for a heat pump system. *note lines left uncovered at my request due to some further insulation and finishing I’m having done.
