Capital City Comfort

All we can say is WOW!! We were having issues with both of our a/c units. Conner showed up and asked very detailed questions about our issues. He got to work and diagnosed the problems with our units. He was well spoken and very educated on this subject. He used technical terms that we didn't really understand (but we didn't care), we knew that we had the right guy for the job. He was extremely detailed in his assessment, provided cost and explained the reasoning behind his findings. We have had other HVAC companies work on our units in the past, and none of them compare to Capital City Comfort. Conner was the absolute best. We also liked that the company is owed by a firefighter, and employs other firefighter. My wife is a Nurse Practitioner and I'm ex-military, so we really appreciate their service. I normally don't write reviews but I felt like this companies deserves all the kudos. Great job! Rob

We are so impressed by this company and service we have received. We had an entire new HVAC unit installed after our old unit was failing. Every member of the team we encountered has been helpful, friendly and professional from Aimee in the office to the technicians (Connor, Jason, Hunter, Richard) and the owner (Daniel). All of our questions were answered thoroughly and showed their depth of knowledge and expertise. The technicians were skilled, kind, and respectful the entire time they were at our house.

Installed a smart thermostat that needed some extra TLC that I couldn't do. Kostin came in and quickly had my thermostat up and running. He was even kind enough to take off his shoes before coming in my house. Amy scheduled my appointment and was just as pleasant. Highly recommend.
