I cannot begin to say enough great things about this company and the service they provided. My HVAC went out very unexpectedly, and Central Works was there to save the day. From giving me multiple options so I could find something to fit my budget, to scheduling me in a really efficient timeline, they made what could have been a pretty catastrophic situation easy and manageable. They were wonderful and personable the entire time, and kept me informed of the status of all of my work. Heck, they were so great they swayed me from my long-time HVAC company by providing more options and better customer service. This company went above and beyond the scope of work that I originally hired them to do. They actually fixed a faulty installation by a previous company. Which was causing some pretty serious problems in my home. They completely sealed the unit and had to lift it so that there was adequate return air. They changed all my duct work. And the price was very fare considering the time and scope of work. This was a in 2020I called the office before opening this past Monday (June 27)with an issue of my unit not cooling. By 9am I had a text with an appointment for the same Monday between 12-2pmThey replaced the broken part and cleaned the outside unit.Amazing, these guys take the upmost pride in doing a fantastic, professional job.And charging a fair price.
