First experience with Cool Kings was incredible! I called Ryan stating that my heater isn’t working and he was able to schedule me within the next hour. After I got off the phone with him, I received a text with a photo of him attached, which I will add is an amazing personal touch for his business so I’m aware who I’m supposed to let in my home! He arrived even earlier than expected with his worker, Christian. They were very informative and even entertained conversation with my little 3 year old that wanted to interact with them which was so sweet. My heater is warming the house and his rates are very respectable for the quick work he and Christian did to diagnose and fix my system. They even changed my AC filter for me as a generous courtesy.
