Mardrel, owner of Pack HVAC Service, paid for AC installation and inspection, but when the unit stopped working soon after, Mardrel would not answer our requests we made for several weeks to return despite multiple requests and offers to pay. Very disappointing lack of after-service support. And we had to change the original feedback here.

6/13/2024 - Pack HVAC Services installed a evaporator coil and other associated components in my home air conditioning system. We were very pleased with the installation and the service. The installer, Mr. Alan, answered all of my questions, and did some repairs that were the result of past poor workmanship. The owner, Mr. Pack, was very helpful and courteous. TRANE HVAC parts were used to replace parts in my TRANE system.7/29/2025On Sunday, 7/27/25 around 2:00 pm, I called Pack HVAC around them my AC was cycling on and off in a very short cycle without cooling the house. Within the hour, Mr. Pack diagnosed the problem and on Monday the part was located and ordered. On Tuesday, I was cool again!
Pack HVAC came out to my house to do an emergency repair. The tech was communicative, transparent, and quick. When a subsequent issue arose he helped me diagnose the problem and walked me through the fix over the phone. Pack HVAC will be my go to from now on.
