I’m extremely impressed with my experience with River City One Hour Air. When we got home yesterday afternoon, our upstairs AC unit was blowing hot air in our son’s room. I called after hours expecting to leave a message or schedule something for the next day, but I immediately spoke with a real local person who knew the area, was very polite, and got someone scheduled for us right away.Our technician Kevin was awesome. He showed up promptly, was friendly, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. It turns out we had several issues going on with the unit, but he was able to fix everything and get cool air blowing upstairs again quickly.Very grateful for the quick response and great service.
