I would like to say thank you to both of the tech guys from Bull Mt Heating and Cooling. They both did an amazing job working on my water heater. I would also like to give a big shout out to the office staff and management as well. I was quoted an hourly price, when the first tech guy came the next day to work on the water heater he gave me a different hourly rate. I called the office and they honored the hourly rate they quoted me the day before... Even though the quote was wrong. That says a lot to me about integrity of a business. I will most definitely use this company again if I have any other issues. I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Great Job.

Bull Mountain was awesome! Quick, efficient, and thorough. Everything works perfectly (except the new a/c waiting for the electrician) - AND their cleanup left everything spotless - even the greasy crawl-space dirt and my messy garage. they were also polite, well mannered, and nice - who could ask for more?

We subscribe to Bull Mountain’s Service Club (maintenance contract). Furnace was not working last night (Friday). Tried to coax the Ecobee thermostat to work but was unsuccessful. Called Bull Mountain Saturday morning and spoke to their after hours answering service. Within 20 minutes we received texts telling us Brock was on his way, that he’d arrive in about 60 minutes, and we could track his progress toward our house (nice touch!).

Brock arrived on time, asked a few questions, and got right to work. 30 minutes later he said the furnace was fine but the thermostat had gotten very confused. He reset it and the heat began to flow and the temperature started to read correctly on the thermostat. Brock said he’d seen this behavior several times before and may indicate that the thermostat is on its last legs. (Same thing happened to our previous Nest thermostat after 6 years. In our experience, today’s thermostats may be “smart” but they’re not designed/built to last.)

Brock told us that we could call him directly on his mobile number if we experienced any more issues over the weekend.

In summary: responsive service, good communication, Brock was a knowledgeable and polite young man, and our heat is working. What’s not to like?

Our 30 year old Rheem furnace died last week. The Bull Mountain team came first thing on MLK day and completed the installation so we could have heat again. They fixed some duct issues with the original install, so the new system is more quiet and has much better airflow.
Very impressed with installation team and outcome of new furnace & AC.
Thank you!

We originally engaged Bull Mountain to inatall a new electric heat pump and AC unit to replace our 25+ year old furnace. They did a fantastic job coordinating trades and getting the system installed with minimal disruption to the house. Recently we called them back to troubleshoot an issue where very thick ice was forming on the exterior condenser unit. Brock, the technician, found the issue and implemented the repairs quickly and efficiently.
I find Bull Mountain to be reliable and professional.
