Belleville Services

After our air conditioning unit stopped working and began causing water issues in our home, we started searching for a trustworthy HVAC company that would respond quickly and treat us fairly as new homeowners. This company fit the bill perfectly. They offered several service plans and financing options that made things easier for us. Jerry and Wayne were very patient, taking the time to answer all our questions, explain the purpose of each part, and walk us through what needed replacement and why. They were honest and transparent, even letting us know which repairs could wait if needed, which made us feel comfortable and respected. Pedro, Wayne, and Jerry handled the installation. They were efficient, hard-working, and professional the entire time. They made sure to protect our home by laying down tarps, wearing shoe covers, and cleaning up thoroughly before leaving. They also took the time to explain the updates to our new HVAC system, so we now understand how everything works. Overall, we felt very well cared for throughout the process and would definitely use this HVAC company again in the future.

our old heater stopped working, so i started looking for a good company in belleville to fix it. after having more than seven different companies check our heater, each one gave us a different idea of what we needed. i was about to choose one, but decided to call one more company. that's when i called belleville services. jerry listened carefully to everything i said about what others had suggested. he explained why they might have recommended those solutions, and then shared a better option for our home. we ended up getting our two old heaters replaced with newer, more efficient heat pumps, and our family couldn't be happier with how it turned out. the job was finished in just two days. everyone was professional, friendly, and answered all our questions. the price was fair compared to other quotes, but what really mattered was knowing they truly cared about doing quality work, making our home more comfortable and energy efficient, and standing by their repairs. i've seen firsthand that they keep their promises. it's not easy picking the right heater repair team when there are so many, but i'm really glad i made that last call. i feel sure we couldn't have found a better crew. as a bonus, we've even saved a lot on our monthly energy bills. if you're looking for heater repair in belleville, make them your first call.

I recently had a great experience with Belleville Services for some HVAC work at my home. Wayne and the crew removed my old round flex ductboard and installed 30 feet of new metal duct trunk, along with 11 metal collars up in the attic. Wayne was very polite, honest, and made sure everything was explained clearly, which I really appreciated. He also did a maintenance check on my air conditioning units and took care of replacing all the necessary parts. The workmanship was excellent, and everyone worked efficiently and professionally. I would definitely recommend them for any heating and cooling needs!

Pedro, Charles, and Jerry did an excellent job installing two new AC units, a furnace, and replacing a lot of the old ductwork in my home. It was a pretty big project, but now my house in Belleville has never felt so comfortable and cool, even in those rooms that used to stay warm all the time. They took the time to explain how everything works, including the new thermostat, which I really appreciated. The crew was very polite and made sure to clean up all their work areas before they left. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and pleasant. The pricing was much better than other quotes I received, and I felt confident in their honesty and expertise. I highly recommend their AC repair and installation services!

The AC repair service in Belleville is truly top-notch! A few years back, Wayne came out the same day when our air conditioner broke down during a scorching heat wave. We were so relieved they could respond so quickly in an emergency. Recently, our old AC unit finally gave out after many years. The team showed up right away, figured out what was wrong, and gave us a very fair quote for a new AC and furnace. They even offered us zero percent financing and got us scheduled quickly for a full replacement. They set aside a whole day for the install, but Charles and his crew finished everything in just five hours. I know a little about AC systems, so I watched them work, and I was really impressed by how knowledgeable, professional, and efficient they were. They paid close attention to detail and made sure everything was done right, plus they were very careful around our home and pets. Charles, Pedro, and the rest of the crew answered all our questions and did a fantastic job. The new system runs perfectly and is much more energy-efficient than our old one. You can count on this team for honest advice, fair pricing, and excellent service. After working with them several times, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for AC repair in Belleville. In a time when it’s hard to find reliable service, this company stands out for great customer care, clear communication, and quality workmanship. Highly recommended!
