I wish there was 0 stars to express the value of this business.We recently acquired a house on the seaside with a Heat Pump. It had some issues with a flow sensor/switch. The only available contractor is charging unbelievable rate to replace the switch (they include the round-trip and charge it regular "working" hours of a rate that even a Principal Software Engineers doesn't make these days...).So I did my homework and found out the spec of the switch. I called Johnstone in Bellevue and asked if they have it in stock. I was told that they are a wholesale and don't sell to individuals and I should work with a contractor. I asked to at least be told whether they carry the part, but the rep refused to tell me even that. Obviously a classified information.Rude, unhelpful and arrogant.
