I had Roth Home out to provide an estimate on replacing an HVAC system. It was my third estimate, and the difference between the Roth approach and the others was stunning. The tech (Bret Martin) and the comfort advisor/bid preparer (Sophie Pangelinan) were next level friendly, kind, thorough and complete. They were here for more than 3 hours and the entire experience was first class. They will be getting my business because of their approach and a very competitive bid.
Elliott did a fantastic job of diagnosing and fixing an issue I had with our water circulation pump. He was prompt, courteous, and tidy.He gave me an upfront estimate with a couple of options and contingencies, so I would know what I was in for and gave me a couple of pointers of things to be aware of in our home, like the location of the shut off valve in case of an emergency .Most importantly, he fixed our problem – now we have hot water rapido!
