I had Roth Home out to provide an estimate on replacing an HVAC system. It was my third estimate, and the difference between the Roth approach and the others was stunning. The tech (Bret Martin) and the comfort advisor/bid preparer (Sophie Pangelinan) were next level friendly, kind, thorough and complete. They were here for more than 3 hours and the entire experience was first class. They will be getting my business because of their approach and a very competitive bid.

Elliott did a fantastic job of diagnosing and fixing an issue I had with our water circulation pump. He was prompt, courteous, and tidy. He gave me an upfront estimate with a couple of options and contingencies, so I would know what I was in for and gave me a couple of pointers of things to be aware of in our home, like the location of the shut off valve in case of an emergency . Most importantly, he fixed our problem – now we have hot water rapido!

The speed at which they moved from responding to my inquiry to delivering amazing options and catering to our needs and budget were top notch. Sophie is one of a kind. The installation was seamless, speedy and the crews that did the work were extremely friendly, diligent and knowledgeable. Super polite and helpful schedulers. They were able to send someone out the next day. JR was knowledgeable and efficient. I have an older home and he had to order parts. Even with that, the repair was finished in just a few days.

Excellent electrical job by Stephen (JR) Hanson and his colleague from Roth Home. He and his colleague (unfortunately, I don’t remember his name since I’m writing this review a couple of weeks later) worked very hard to get the three projects completed that day and get everything just right. They arrived and gave me an estimate and were able to do the work the same day. I appreciated their punctuality, cleanliness, and detailed work. We will definitely use them again.
