They responded immediately when our old furnace died, and did a superb job with a complicated task of replacement. Furnaces are expensive, so we were able to get a no-interest deferred payment plan easily. And the new furnace is a fantastic upgrade! I would definitely recommend Hassler.

Wonderful experience from first meeting to final walk through. I replaced an old gas furnace with a new central vented heat pump system. The crew was amazing, including Alberto , Eddy, and Mikey. Yasi in accounting was most helpful. And Andrew and Mark coordinated and managed the project. All excellent listeners and good communicators. I would gladly work with them again.
All the project managers and the installers were great, the company seems to want them all to have the same standards for work and customer service. The first salesman Gabriel answered all our questions without sales-speak, took time, was courteous and very knowledgeable. Mark, on the job, was knowledgeable, answered questions and responded to our needs, seemed to work well with the installers. They both paid attention to detail, were on time; did all the things you want. Max came briefly, also worked quickly and efficiently. The heroes over the 3days of this big job were the installers and the electricians. Whether they worked for the company for weeks or years they all had the same standards for professionalism and quality and kept to the timeline. They cleaned up thoroughly every day and made suggestions and had ideas to make things work well. And they were all courteous, nice guys. Thanks to Lee, Adrian, Brandon and Diego!
