Over the years, if I have needed a repair on my heating or A/C unit, ACT has been very prompt and professional. Penny is always very pleasant on the phone. They kept me informed ie: timeline when I would hear from a serviceman. Austin found the problem with my heater quickly, and found the cause for my problem. Also, I had asked a question about air duct cleaning. He communicated he would need to ck at the office. AND the next day I had a call back with the information. Follow through AND keeping his word. Makes ACT aces in my book:). Thank you for the great and consistent service:).
The furnace unit at our rental failed during a Cold snap. We were out of state at the time. We had used ACT previously to replace our home unit. A technician tried to replace a part and searched for 2 days for a replacement part to no avail (30 year old unit). ACT replaced unit to our satisfaction and cleaned up after themselves.
I used this company for years. Called today with my furnace being down. Was told it would be almost 300 dollars just for them to come and look at my furnace. Well that's an absurd amount of money to also pay on top of what service needs done. You lost me as a long time customer. Should be ashamed of yourselves charging that. Disgusting!
Brandon went out of the ordinary with his extensive searches for the best solution to my problems. He did not suggest the easiest or quickest route for my venting concerns, but the safest and more practical for my individual needs!The techs were courteous, understanding, and very flexible in whatever issues arose.Hopefully, The boss even tried to equally distribute the cookies!
There has never been a more beautiful sight! Our furnace died on Saturday. We'd hoped it would last through this winter and replace it this summer but...nope. We've been keeping the house, people, pets, (and pipes) from freezing with multiple space heaters and LOTS of wood for the fireplace. You never know how thankful you will be to have the comforts of heat in your home until you don't have it. I've been using ACT for years and years now and have never once been disappointed. This was no exception. They found a way to sqeeeeeze us in their schedule and came out today (Tuesday). I cannot say enough about them, their service, their attention to detail, and their ability to always find a way to take care of us so quickly. In addition they are so kind and caring of your home to make sure they are not making a mess of the carpets & flooring, even when I told them not to worry about it as I would just shampoo them later. I just can't say enough about them. If you need a good, reputable company you can truly trust I HIGHLY recommend ACT Heating & Coolling!
