Sutton Heating and Cooling

Brent was respectful, timely and very informative. I appreciated him answering all my questions and ensuring I understood my furnace and AC needs. I value Brent’s approach to “why fix it if it’s not broken” and not just trying to sell for the sake of sales. Thanks Brent!

Had trouble finding someone to travel to Roundup to fix our RV heater. He was very knowledgeable and able to fix the problem. Considering how far he traveled to fix our problem, his price was very reasonable. I highly recommend his services.

I called Brent with our first little heat wave of the season as our A/C was completely out. Him and his coworker, Jim, showed up within 20 minutes! Brent said something like: "Sounds like you're getting too hot over there. Let's get you fixed up." What a dream team! They showed up, friendly, respectful, and professional. Our A/C was up and running fast. The conversations, their care and expertise, and a common last name--this wasn't just a service call to them, they took care of me like family (the kind you actually like!). ;) From one local business to another, I just want to say thank you. This kind of service is rare, and it truly meant a lot. ~Tamara Serenade Cleaning Co.

Of course the furnace craps out on the morning it is -13 outside... Call Brent, he was on the phone with me for almost 40 minutes walking me through potential fixes I could do on my own! Nothing worked. He told me he would be out later in the day. Called about 3 hours later, said he was on his way. Got to the house, took a look at a couple of different things, figured it was a bad limiter switch. Swapped it out and had me going again in 30 minutes. Did NOT charge an arm & a leg as I was expecting on the coldest day of the year. Great Guy! We had a great conversation while he was working on the furnace! Great Job!
