We signed up for a maintenance plan for piece of mind. Had Jaden McCrory from their team out to check on our system and install a new smart thermos. Such a nice guy and very professional. Preston was absolutely amazing! We have been without air-conditioning for 3 days with heat almost 90 degrees and 80 degrees inside the house. He not only arrived early, he also came back later that night with the parts to fix it. We thought we were going to have to sleep another night in the heat with a child. He had great customer service and was very professional! I would recommend him to anyone having HVAC issues!
