He was professional, respectful, and took the time to explain everything he was doing.He made sure everything was cleaned thoroughly and running safely before he left. Highly recommend!My heat went out overnight, and I called Saturday morning. I had a tech (Brian) at my door within the hour. Brian was friendly, knowledgeable, took time to answer my questions, and did a in a manner that was easy for a layperson to understand. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem with my furnace, and all for a great price! I wouldnt hesitate to call them again should the need arise.My cat Maggie, isnt a fan of the cold and is very happy to have the heat back on! Thanks again!
Shawn and Christian came over to install a water heater. They were friendly and professional, walked down the job prior to starting to find the most efficient, safest way to move equipment in and out of the house without damaging anything and keeping everything relatively tidy. The job was done quickly and effectively. Pricing for the overall job was higher than expected, and I couldn't get the details I wanted to through the estimator to understand the pricing, but upon finding out what unit was installed, I think the job was reasonable. This was emergency work, and Bismarck Heating and Air was available when other companies were not.

We had an excellent experience working with Neil and Shawn at Bismarck Heating & Air. They were hard-working and very courteous! They took their time to show and explain to us how our new system works. They cleaned up everything when they were done and took all the old equipment with them. I highly recommend these guys for your furnace, air conditioner, and water heater needs. They arrived at 7:30 AM and had our new furnace, AC, and water heater up and running shortly after lunch. The office gals and salesman were also very helpful with scheduling, financing, and warranty information. Kudos to Bismarck Heating & Air!!!
