I love these guys. I used them for my previous house when I replaced my furnace and again today for repairs at my new place. They are great guys with great service. An extreme cold warning is a really rotten time to have your furnace go out. But the customer service at Ed’s Heating and Air was amazing. They got here very quickly, got the problem fixed in under a half hour and for a very reasonable price. And they were so nice about it all. A young man named Cody was the one who came to my house and I bet he makes his momma very proud - kind, respectful, helpful - great to work with. I believe Ed was the one I talked to on the phone and he was really pleasant and nice also. Highly recommend! I know I’ll be calling them again if I have another issue. Thank you for the wonderful service!
You know, this has got to be the greatest AC and heating company ever !! I mean you call them, They’re there in a reasonable time. They do great work. I’ve never had issues. You call them and they’re so grateful that you called them and they actually make you feel like they care about you as a customer. They are so nice and courteous!!
Ed’s heating and air sent someone out within hours of speaking with them. Fixed my furnace within 30 minutes and was reasonably priced. Great customer service as well. I will be calling Ed’s for any future needs.
