They were prompt and actually earlier than expected, which I greatly appreciated. However, I was not aware of the cost of the repairs until after the repairs were completed. The website said “upfront pricing”, which I was not given. The work itself is fine, but I wish I would have known what the price was going to be before the work was completed.Edit: After speaking with a manager, Jeremy, and voicing my concerns regarding the “upfront pricing” issue, he apologized and said that never should have happened. He rectified the issue by asking what they could do to make this right and offered to waive the diagnostic fee, which I greatly appreciated.
I had a great experience with Edelman’s. I was looking to get an EV charger installed with a new circuit ran out to my garage and they offered a very reasonable price. All the people I dealt with were super nice and easy to talk to. They took any concerns I had seriously and were able to come up with an install plan that fit my needs perfectly.On the day of the install the electrician, Eli, did a great job walking me through and explaining everything they were going to do, and a few hours later everything was up and running. There were only a few minor hang ups that they had to deal with during the install and he made sure to communicate exactly what they were and how they could resolve them, with my permission.Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service I was provided and would definitely consider utilizing them again in the future.
Brent Brucker was very professional, polite answered all my questions, showed me what they were going to do, and showed me pictures afterwards of the cleaned heating ducks. He made sure he cleaned up everything and things were left the way they were when he arrived. He’s definitely an asset to the company. I was very pleased with the work that was done. I would recommend Brent and Edelman‘s for any HVAC service.
I had a new heat pump system installed. Also, the plenum under the house that the ducts come out from was rusty and nasty and Mike fabricated a nice new shiny replacement. He and his team were very professional and smoothly efficient and I liked how they were not working in a frenzy like they had better things to do than install my unit. Brent did excellent work setting up and connecting the outside unit and crawling around under the house with Eric(?) putting in the new drain line. They all tolerated me being bored and asking questions and checking up on them. The final job was neat, clean and tidy. Since there is an option for photos then here are some photos. ?? I certainly recommend them.
