We’ve used Hermes for three separate projects: fixing a cracked heat exchanger, installing a new air conditioning unit, and installing a whole house humidifier. Our furnace basically stopped working in January when it was extremely cold. We realized, after trying to figure it out ourselves to no avail, that we needed to call in a professional. I knew that Hermes was the one who installed the HVAC system when my home was built in 2010, so I figured, who better to call for help? We received a fast response time, and they were on-site in very short order. He knew exactly what to look for and resolved the issue, which is apparently something that occurs from time to time, and there was nothing we could have done to prevent it, and we definitely couldn't have solved the problem on our own! He also went above and beyond, and for a nominal charge, helped us install a new Smart-Thermostat we purchased, which we didn't feel confident enough on our own to hook up. I WILL return to this company for help, hopefully NOT TOO SOON! :)
Stuart provided good options and good advice to help get my garage heated and cooled with a mini split unit. Their technicians were on time and very efficient. They do great work and were very reasonable.
It was time to replace my Trane HVAC system after 28 years. I contacted Hermes to discuss my needs. Stuart reached out to me the same day and set up an appointment to discuss. Stuart was timely for our meetig and very personable and knowledgable about what options would work best to meet my needs. Once we decided on which system to go with, Stuart had the intstallation team scheduled to do the HVAC install within a week. The install team did a very thorough job and took their time in answering my questions and providing me with personaized instruction/training. I am very satisfied with our purchase and working with Hermes. I highly recommend Hermes and Trane!
Sales: April 2024We've used Hermes service for 30 years and they are always dependable and reasonably priced. When we started shopping for replacement heating/cooling we were happy to have Hermes come out and walk us through the options. They gave us a thorough and competitive bid.This week they put in our new Furnace and AC. Dakota and Gage did an excellent job with the work and left the area cleaned up when they left. Both were very courteous and answered all of our questions. The new system runs very well and is super quiet.Service:We've relied on Hermes for 30 years for regular maintenance and service. Bill does an excellent job taking care of us on the spring/autumn maintenance plan. I really appreciate Hermes giving us the 2 hour working window, plus the follow-up text and phone call when Bill is on his way.
