While I wasn’t excited to be in need of an all-new HVAC system for my 1960s-built home, the team at C.M. Mose reallyyyy took great care of me from start to finish… from Amy on the phone for the (dreaded) appointment; an experienced and super helpful repair team (sorry! I forgot their names- my son met them); then (Amy’s husband!) Jason guiding me through the entire process starting with quotes, and giving me needed reminders (like I needed to sign one more form for the financing to be fully submitted); to the prompt, helpful, courteous and confident installation team of Hayden and Justin. Seriously. Everyone I worked with was professional, understanding, easy to work with and highly competent. This company is doing things right, and I appreciate that, especially with such a sudden/unwanted purchase. Thanks, everyone, for making it a positive experience. ????
DARIN was super helpful and located and fixed our bad outlet in about an hour, I was super impressed and appreciate his expertise. It turned out the problem wasn't even where we thought it was, but he figured out how the circuits were connected and fixed the wiring, and didn't try to oversell services, and also fixed the labeling in our breaker box while he was at it. I feel like I have been well taken care of by a trustworthy electrician and feel confident in his work and the condition of my home. Thank you, cm Mose!
Chris did an amazing job! He’s thorough, friendly, professional and is very respectful. He explains everything and takes pictures of every step he takes. I would recommend Chris any time! C.M. Mose is lucky to have such a knowledgeable, kind and respectful employee. Treat him well, good employees that treat the company like it’s their own are hard to come by. All about the customer and his work that he can do for the customer!
Final update—This company came out and totally fixed the issues. They went above and beyond actually. I am impressed.Update:I will give credit where credit is due--What must have been the entire company came out today. Fixed several issues and understood that this was not where we needed to be.The rest is still scheduled for next week including adding parts on to the generator transfer switches.I will update when those things have been corrected and fixed--but I was impressed at the desire to make things right.NOT to be trusted:I had a generator and water heater installed. We are not talking small amounts of cash.Generator experience was ok more on that issue later.Water heater—disasterDay 1 there till 9:55 pm and got nowhere. Put old tank back.Day2 installed but pump was not installed and leaking all over floorDay 3 pump installed but told this would run with internal pump- nope! So now it take 4min to get hot water at some points. Please attached photos for just a smattering of workmanship. That wire —that’s right that’s a new line they installed to the water heater. How’d we find it—we ran into when I went to check the humidifiers. The gas line fell down and now hits the door—I mean what could go wrong there?
They have butchered my brand new unit! First of all, they spent 2 days installing. Apprentices were doing all the work while the main guy was walking around like a bored fly and complained about how he hated this. After they left, ac would not cool house down bellow 73 and temperature kept rising. Called them up, they said freon was low so they refilled it, paid another 700+ on top of what we already paid for them to install. And there was hardly any air coming out of vents but was "normal" and still did not help. Called them up again, because temps still didn't go down inside house. They came back, the guy did not have correct valves and no idea how much was added so said he would be back next day but never came. Found out also they did not even turn the ac side fan dip switches on. Had to call again and told them about guy ghosting us and set up another appointment. They came out and said didn't put enough freon again. Refilled it for yet another 600+. Didn't change anything. We called them up again. They showed up and had a gut to say that everything is okay and it's 78 degrees inside because it's hot outside! Also the high pitch hissing sound was normal and kept saying everything was fine even had another guy with him. Our old beat up unit didn't have that excuse but new, better one couldn't cool the house?! We've contacted company we've bought the unit from and they recommend getting a second opinion, since this company came out SIX times! We've hired different company and found out our unit was totally shot. They didn't install the txv to the line so it could regulate the correct flow and over charged the one line causing it to pop and over all has costed us now over $20,000 in total! Absolutely don't recommend dealing with them!
