I contacted Air service today and they promptly came to my house 45 minutes later and it wasn’t really an emergency. I needed good service and someone who cared about my customer experience and how comfortable I felt with the person in my house. They were very thorough and helped me very much. I signed a contract to have them service my unit. Thank you very much for your excellent service!. I wanted to add that the technician that came to my house was wonderful. I finally was able to use my air conditioner properly. He fixed my vents and advised what temperature to change it for morning t night asI have 1 thermostat for a townhome . I did not get that service from my prior company who I just got the air conditioner installed from in March and was still under war Still under warranty. .
I required air conditioning assistance promptly. I contacted my friend, a highly respected builder in the Fort Lauderdale area. Without hesitation, he recommended John from AireServ of Boca Raton. I contacted John first thing Monday morning and described my situation. He arranged an inspection for that afternoon. He thoroughly explained all the available options, provided an excellent quote, and scheduled the installation for Wednesday morning. He arrived Wednesday morning with his team, briefed them on the project, and departed. The crew was exceptional, maintaining cleanliness, working quietly, and demonstrating professionalism. The installation took approximately four hours, after which John returned, as promised, to inspect the work. It was truly remarkable. I am extremely pleased with the job, the team, and the personal interaction with John. He is now in all my contact folders for future recommendations. He is absolutely the best. Thank you all.
