We recently had a new air conditioning unit installed in our home along with several ductwork modifications to improve cooling and eliminate hot spots. Over the years, we’ve worked with a lot of HVAC companies in South Florida, and it’s rare to find one that goes above and beyond like John and his team at Aire Serv of Boca Raton.
From the initial consultation where they carefully evaluated our home and helped determine the best equipment for our needs, to answering all of our questions, to the installation, the entire process was a great experience. The day before installation, they had a meeting at our home for a final review of all of the details so everything was well organized in advance.
The installation team with Jim, Omar, Steve, and Darryl were all hard working, professional, and courteous and left their work areas spotless both inside and outside. Our home is colder than it has ever been and we are ready for summer. We highly recommend John and the entire team at Aire Serv of Boca Raton to anyone looking for an honest, professional, and reliable HVAC company.

Darryl and Steve were fantastic technicians — knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly experienced. They came out very quickly after I called, diagnosed the problem right away, and had everything taken care of with an impressively fast turnaround time.

What really stood out to me was how clean and organized they were. They left the area spotless, which I truly appreciated. It’s not every day you find a company that combines speed, skill, and genuine professionalism the way Aire Serv does.

I required air conditioning assistance promptly. I contacted my friend, a highly respected builder in the Fort Lauderdale area. Without hesitation, he recommended John from AireServ of Boca Raton. I contacted John first thing Monday morning and described my situation. He arranged an inspection for that afternoon. He thoroughly explained all the available options, provided an excellent quote, and scheduled the installation for Wednesday morning. He arrived Wednesday morning with his team, briefed them on the project, and departed. The crew was exceptional, maintaining cleanliness, working quietly, and demonstrating professionalism. The installation took approximately four hours, after which John returned, as promised, to inspect the work. It was truly remarkable. I am extremely pleased with the job, the team, and the personal interaction with John. He is now in all my contact folders for future recommendations. He is absolutely the best. Thank you all.
