You’re the best!June 2024 update: Halo uh oh:After some technical phone problems, the OWNER called me—what a professsional (hu)man being! Really. He sent a senior tech, Mike to me the next day. Mister Mike, who was communicative and very courteous, let me know what’s wrong in about 10 minutes. Like any other random machine, be it BMW or LG, it’s a technical part issue under warrantee. It happens. Next week, he’ll install the new part. Thank you, Mister Mike Gingerbeard. Complainers: Watch this video for perspective. Mind the volume and unmute.

Recommended by a friend, we took a shot with Rome. Chris came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. We agreed on a price (much less expensive than a competitor) and scheduled immediately for a full replacement of the existing system.Some modifications were required that made for a LONG day and some additional help needed to be brought in.All said and done it works perfectly and we are happy with the results. No surprises with the quoted price which is always a treat.
They have super great customer service, but wish projects were done right the first time so they didn't have to keep coming out. Granted we are not charged for these visits (as we shouldn't be since the job wasn't performed correctly the first time).Update. ... their technician Danny is always so professional and knowledgeableSecond update...While we had another company give us a quote for something for our HVAC system, they saw that we had a filter in our handler inside our attic that was just installed by Rome in May. We were never told there was a filter up there since there was not one in our main unit. When the technician from the other company had brought it down, it was filled with construction dust. I am hoping this did not cause damage to our brand new unit. We were changing our filter in the ceiling daily during construction, but never knew about this other filter.We also found out that our new unit we had them install in the attic above the garage was not registered. The technician from the other company was more than helpful in helping me register my new system from Rome in order to have the manufacturer warranty.
