James and Jax came out and moved our outdoor unit down the wall a bit for an upcoming project.
Both James and Jax were extremely friendly and professional. The final cost came out very close to the initial quote.
James took extra care when discussing to take the future project in mind as to not cause problems down the road.
The final work is very clean and well done with extra care taken to make sure the unit stayed safe and in good condition during the move.

Reached out to Gem Heating and Air Conditioning after finding out our dryer vent was not up to code and a potential fire hazard. James came out the next day, went over quotes with different options, explaining the pros and cons of each, wasn't pushy whatsoever and didn't try to upsell us. We decided a direction and he came out and completed the work the next day. The work was done quickly and they left my space cleaner than they found it. Will 100% be using them for any HVAC needs going forward.

I hired the company to come out and do a seasonal inspection, and they found a handful of items that the previous installers overlooked either in haste or carelessness. We put together a plan to keep the system running at peak performance after the initial evaluation that exposed issues that reveal a darker story for the other company I hired last year.
