I appreciated him letting me follow him around and toss him random questions while he set things up and he came up with some clever solutions to avoid any structural/drywall changes. Communication with the office was also very smooth and I didn’t feel pressured at all while making a decision.

We took a chance on a high-rated company with few reviews but really good vibes - and I am SO happy we did.

Our central A/C died and needed replacing, and we ended up replacing the furnace too.

Dana had Eric come out ASAP to quote us on a new system, and he did a great job laying out our options. Their proposal came in competitively priced, and we felt they were the best of the options we looked at.

James and Logan did a great job - and had the A/C running by 5pm on the day of the install, while doing a great job with duct/drain management (it looked 100% more professional than the previous arrangement which was professionally installed in the 90s). Eric came the next day to iron out the final details for us and make sure we were educated and satisfied - it's clear that they have a strong attention to detail and care that your needs are taken care of.

We've been enjoying the A/C for several weeks now, and recommend Elemental to all our friends.

These folks are seriously the best in the game. They’re extremely knowledgeable, timely, and the work is amazing. I’ve had them repair my AC unit, I’ve had them replace my furnace, and I had them do a whole house humidifier install.

Every time I am impressed and they go above and beyond in the work that they do and the professionalism that they display. I highly recommend them. I plan to go to them for any HVAC needs that I have for this house and any future houses that I have in this area.

We had such an incredible experience with this family-owned HVAC company! From the very first call, their honesty and integrity stood out. It’s not often you find a company that truly puts doing the right thing above everything else — but they absolutely do.

They were able to accommodate a same-day appointment, which was a lifesaver for us. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no pressure and no surprise add-ons. They took the time to explain our options clearly so we could make the best decision for our home and budget.

The installation team was outstanding. They were professional, respectful, and treated our home with so much care — laying down protection, cleaning up thoroughly, and making sure everything was spotless before they left. You wouldn’t have even known such a big job had been done!
