We have relied on this HVAC company for many years, and they have always been professional, skilled, and easy to work with. They have helped us with everything from furnace installation and AC repair to replacing our water heater, and every job has been handled the right way. Most recently, we had a gas leak at our home, and their team responded very quickly while the gas utility was still on site. Christopher stayed after normal business hours, found the issue, and repaired it safely. Because of their fast response and strong heating service experience, we had our heat and hot water working again and felt safe staying in our home. It is hard to find an AC repair and HVAC company with this level of care, communication, and reliable service. They do excellent work, explain the repair process clearly, and show up when it matters most. For anyone in Boulder needing heating, cooling, furnace, or air conditioning service, this is a dependable team.

Long review: My older furnace blower motor failed in the middle of a very hot summer stretch, and the AC stopped working when I needed it most. I had another HVAC service come out first and was told I needed a full new furnace and AC system for a very high price. Wanting a second opinion, I called another AC repair and heating company, and Maxwell was very kind, thorough, and professional while checking the system. He carefully explained the issue, confirmed the furnace needed replacement, and helped me understand my options in simple terms. They walked me through several estimates, and the pricing was far more reasonable and straightforward than the first quote I received. Soon after, Maxwell and Christopher arrived to complete the job. In just a few hours, they installed a new AC unit and furnace, cleaned up the ductwork, tested everything, and removed the old equipment. The whole installation was smooth, efficient, and respectful of my time while I worked from home. I had Howard come out to inspect our home furnace and handle any preventive maintenance before the colder season. He was very communicative, arrived on time, and he and Ryan were friendly, professional, and worked efficiently. The furnace tune-up and system check were completed in under an hour. At the end, Howard clearly explained what was done, pointed out a few items that may need attention later, and gave honest advice about possible future HVAC work without pushing any extra services or unnecessary upsells. I appreciated how straightforward and realistic he was about repair and maintenance options. A technician from Express HVAC Repair arrived around 30 minutes later and fixed the heat right away. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. When I’ve called with furnace or humidifier questions, I’ve always received clear, helpful advice, and Ryan even stopped by to show me how to install a water panel on the furnace humidifier. first of all, let me say they were very professional through the whole furnace repair and replacement process. From christopher at the front desk taking our call and making sure all the details were passed along, to ryan and maxwell checking our home comfort system and giving us a clear quote for the best fix, everything was handled well. The crew completed a fast and efficient furnace and heating system installation when our old unit needed to be replaced. I cannot say enough good things about the team. They inspected the existing heater, explained the problem in simple terms, and quickly sent over a prompt proposal with a clear schedule for the repair work and installation. They arrived at the time promised, worked hard all day, and kept our home clean by using drop cloths and removing old furnace parts and equipment right away. After the job was finished, they carefully tested the system to make sure the furnace was set up correctly and running properly. They checked airflow, thermostat operation, and temperature output, and they explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
