Kingdom came out to diagnose a problem with my furnace. The technician, Christian, was very good. He fixed one problem because he thought that would take care of the issue and when it didn't he scheduled to come out and take another look. We found another issue and are currently working on getting that taken care of. Christian was very patient, understanding and hard-working. I truly appreciate the honesty that this company uses. I highly recommend them

Taylor was great, very knowledgeable and excellent customer service! This is why I will keep going back to Climate Care for my HVAC service. They are a top notch, high quality, customer service oriented HVAC company.

The technicians here are rude. They leave their work vans in front of residential houses over long weekends obstructing views with ladders stacked on top. There is limited parking in residential neighborhoods, the company should be mindful of the communities and not just the connivence of their staff. These are potential customers you’re inconveniencing. If techs are not working over the weekend then maybe they should leave the trucks at the shop. Assuming the company thinks it’s free advertising but it’s actually getting the wrong word out. I would go with another company that considers the communities they are servicing.

He also had the most competitive pricing. Had the work done on Monday and he called me today just to follow up. Thanks Paul very professional
