Would not recommend for newish repairs -only new installs. Got a quote for $8000 new AC unit- called another company who fixed within for $300- they just changed the filter, cleaned an updated some wiring. My current Ac unit was 8 yrs old. They seemed to be tied to only specific brands and are commissioned for new installs. Probably CAN fix things but it’s better for them to just upsell the new stuff- also might break their warranty restrictions so they legally can’t fix certain brands. It’s definitely a smart business move. I also think it would be more cost effective to hire companies from outside Bozeman, take them out to a steak dinner and pay for room and board than hire a Bozeman company. So premier is right in line with its local competition as we did call other companies with similar pricing. Since we did not use premiers to $8000 new install offer we are out the $500 diagnostic fee + site visit.Other than that this is a highly qualified and professional company- just high pricing. If price is not an issue for sure go with premier. I’m just a penny pincher.

I’ve had Premier Systems come to my home for two separate matters. First was my garage heater install. Logistics tech came out first. He surveyed my needs and honestly answered my litany of questions. I decided on an option and scheduled install. Install techs arrived timely and were very polite. When techs came across issues, they presented me various solutions with pros and cons. They worked diligently throughout the day and completed the install. They cleaned up all debris, leaving my home as clean as when they arrived. My garage heater works perfectly! My second experience with Premier was furnace and fireplace preventative maintenance. Again, tech arrived timely and worked diligently on both appliances, documenting his observations and recommendations. I now rest much more comfortably, knowing that both appliances are in peak working order. Overall, I’m so glad I chose to start a relationship with Premier. It’s definitely a place that employs professionals. I highly recommend!
