Our experience with Air and Energy was outstanding!! From my first interaction with them explaining my issue to Serena, to Jimmy calling to verify the issue while being open to my previous troubleshooting and working with me on a potential fix, then Jimmy calling back to touch base that we were on and his tech Keith was about an hour and 15 mins out. Then Keith, he was great with our working line German Shepherds, attentive, knowledgeable and relaxed like a man that knows he is more than capable to do the job at hand and not phased by much. He even broke out a trick the old timers showed him. He was very patient with me as a customer that likes to learn. Air and Energy has a customer for life as long as they continue the tradition they have shown up with today.Thanks for your help today, y’all really came through in a pinch!!
We were very pleased with the service. Our issue was small but concerning. The office scheduled something quickly within 18 hours for us. The electrician Ronnie called and even offered to come a few hours early. He quickly and thoroughly tested everything and made the correction that was needed on one of electrical junction boxes. We couldn't have been happier with him and his work. Now we can sleep peacefully knowing the issue is resolved.
