I had a great experience with Andre. He arrived in just a few hours after I called, which I really appreciated. He was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process. I wasn’t available in person, but he was very accommodating and took the time to access everything and walk me through the issue clearly.He explained exactly what the problem was and made sure I understood it. Real honest guys. Its hard to find real trustworthy trades people, but these guys are. My water heater wasn't work, so I called the water heater rental company. They sent a technician. He caame but didn't troubleshoot the tank. He just looked at me and asked if I wanted a new tank. Long story short I called City Choice and they solved my problem without me buying a new tank.

I hired CitysChoice Comfort Air to install a new furnace and correct several existing code infractions. I was quoted $4,200 + HST, and the technician confirmed in writing that all issues would be addressed as part of the job.Unfortunately, my experience after the installation was extremely frustrating. The furnace failed inspection twice, with one of the original issues: "the incorrect venting slope" still unresolved months later. I repeatedly contacted the company by text and email and was often told they would call me back or make a visit, but most of these promised calls and visits never happened. It took almost a month from my first notice of the failed inspection before anyone returned to the property, and even then the main issue was not fixed.I hired another company to visit the property as the new furnace suddenly stopped working, and the first thing they noticed was the incorrect slope.Update: What a cop out reply. The furnace you installed stopped working after your first attempt at fixing the code infractions and you left my tentants out in the cold while we waited for you. It "worked out" because I hired another company to do your job.
Andre and City’s Choice were amazing. Super friendly and accommodating. Was able to help me out with an urgent situation same day. Installed some smart technology and stayed after hours to ensure all set up was complete, working, and customized to our preferences. Highly recommend Andre.
