January 27-28, 2026, some the coldest nights in Southern Ontario, reaching around -25C at night. Our furnace stopped providing heat overnight. Called Crystal's overnight phone line and received a callback early in the morning from the technician. Explained to the technician what I think very likely the issue was based on the basic troubleshooting and the diagnostic code that our furnace was showing. The technician worked with us to locate the part in the nearby city. We went and got the part. The technician then came and installed it within the same day.
In comparison other major HVACs told us that they would lock and tag the furnace and wait for their supplier to find the part within 5-6 days!
Thank you Crystal for getting our furnace working in a very short time, during the coldest nights!

Crystal Heating and Cooling saved me from replacing a furnace I didn’t actually need to replace. Reliance said I needed a new one, but Trevor took the time to look into it and found it was just a part that needed changing and it was under warranty.

I called them at night and by the next day my furnace was already fixed. Great service and super responsive. You can really tell the difference between a local business that cares and the big companies that don’t. Highly recommend.

My Reliance water heater died. The Reliance service tech said it needed to be replaced. Since I was already contemplating buying rather than renting, this was a good a time as any, but it put me in a time crunch. It's November and the weather is now cold, so my family of 5 can't go long without hot water.
I got several quotes, and Crystal was the only one able to rush the install. Trevor came out within the hour to inspect, and the install was scheduled for the next morning. You can't get faster service than that!
Debbie was very polite and professional on the phone. The installers were great. They were friendly, and kind to the dog and kids.
I'd certainly recommend Crystal Heating and Cooling to anyone in the area.
