I contacted LG after watching a FB ad for their services. I currently rent and wanted to know more. The salesperson was polite but was 2 hours late from the appointment time. He came at a time when my kids were tired, cranky and overall distracting. The salesperson spent some time looking at my current furnace system, he reassured me that LG could do better. I learned I would basically pay the same price for what I have and installation could be the next day.I asked for more time to make a decision about the agreement and I was pressured into agreeing that moment to receive the current offer. I agreed to the upgrade without having more time to think about the offer. Later that night I spoke to the salesperson more because I had more questions about the process, I was experiencing instant regret.In the morning I asked the salesperson my options to cancel the agreement. I was uncomfortable and felt the process happened too fast. I did not understand the contact clearly. In the morning he did not explain the cancellation process and guilted me to going through with the upgrade since the technicians were already on their way.I cried to the technician that I was overwhelmed and did not like this process.The upgrade happened from 8am until 8pm. It was a huge job for the crew and I believe it was a frustrating process for them. The crew was very professional.I have an old house. No one looked at my electrical system. No one explained if they recommended the upgrade they just pushed to go through it.The next day I wanted to take a shower and the water was luke warm. I was devasted since the system was just installed the day before. After speaking with the company support for help, I learned that there will be a $145 hold on my account to potentially charge me for looking at this issue.I have never regretted a decision more in my life and am devastated I am now in a 10 year contract to repay this service. I will be paying more in the long run since it’s a ‘loan’ for a system that I didn’t need in the first place.I do not recommend committing to LG and encourage anyone to not let a salesperson push their pitch on anyone or fall for their ads.I was also promised to be sent a rebate and have had no contact about it.
Best service and product selection! Customer service over the phone was extremely helpful and friendly. The sales team educated me on my options versus sell sell sell. Once we scheduled it, they installed 48hrs later and the techs took us through everything and made sure we were satisfied before they left. They kept it so clean and even fixed some of our old piping that was connected to the old furnace. I’m going to definitely use them when I need to replace my AC.
