Very communicative - keeping us up to date on the parts available (especially for our specific fireplace size), progress and anything else we needed to know; also very fast - parts were delivered on a Wednesday and they started work the same day. I love their honesty in sharing challenges they anticipate, like working with our old, smaller than now normal chimney. They are very skilled - installing a gorgeous birch fireplace exactly as we hoped. And they are super respectful - cleaning up after themselves, making sure the timing works for us, and even giving our doggies a couple pets! Truly lovely human beings who do great work.
