Had to have Reliance comento our home 2 days in a row. No hot water to start off the day. A very friendly and nice young tech came within a couple hours and put on a new part.However, looks like we needed more than a part so next morning another very friendly and kind fellow came and installed a whole new water tank.The whole time explaining what was happening and sharing stories.No complaints at all.Maybe the only thing- and this is minor - during the initial call, they were trying to upsell us something. Wasn't needed at that time. Just wanted the issue fixed.

Not only was a timely service call easy to arrange on-line, but the service tech who arrived as promised was outstanding...A clear 10-out-of-10 job. On time, courteous, careful, professional. Messy weather outside - but laid tarps and cleaned up the workspace. Clearly explained what and how he was going to proceed...A clear 10/10 rating!Thanks.
We were very satisfied with the entire experience, from the day (Saturday Nov.7/25 12:30 pm ) when I observed & reported that our (rental) Gas H/W heater was leaking water across our mechanical’s room floor of our home. The Reliance (first point of contact) associate, was very accommodating, professional, and scheduled a tech service appointment for Monday Nov. 10/25 7am - 11 am, preceded by a confirmation “heads up” call from the tech approximately 30 mins prior to his 8:30 am arrival. In addition, their automated system had sent us several reminders of the app’t via text. The tech (Steven) and his apprentice cordially introduced themselves, upon entering our home, put on their protective shoe covers, and immediately proceeded to assess the problem, and subsequently advised us thatthe H/W heater needed to be replaced. They were very careful not to leave any evidence that they had been in our home, and completed the replacement / safety checks…etc. by approximately 9:45 am and were on their way. Based upon our experience with Reliance (and these two young gentleman), we would not hesitate to recommend Reliance to others in future. Josh and his partner did a fantastic job removing my 47 year old furnace/airconditioner and installing my new furnace and air conditioner. They were very polite and informative during the installation process. Clean up afterward was great. He worked really well with my contractor, who was repairing the drywall behind the furnace. Would highly recommend Reliance.
