Called Baker Heating and Air and they came to my house the same day and gave me a quote. Very reasonable for a new furnace. The next day the installation of my new furnace was completed. They did a great job installing and kept me posted as to the progress of the installation.Fantastic service for the installation process. Forty year old ductwork was failing. I had become dissatisfied with the company that had installed my hvac ten years ago so I wanted to make sure to shop around. A friend recommended Baker’s. I was comfortable when Le came out for my first quote. I asked if I needed the extensive work that had been recommended or just duct work. Indeed, I did not. The job was scheduled quickly. Jakob & Pedro spent two days under the house and in the attic. On the second day they didn’t leave until the job was finished and everything cleaned up. They were respectful and on time. Work just completed so it hasn’t been inspected yet but I’m confident that will go smoothly.
With the hot weather on the way, our machine stopped working. I called this morning and Dustin arrived in the afternoon! That is service. He solved the problem quickly and didn’t even charge us for the service call. We have been customers of Bakers for over 8 years.
